Using the Line Spacing Menu
You can quickly change line spacing from the Line and Paragraph Spacing button in the Paragraph group on the Home tab.


Opening Line Spacing Options
For advanced spacing control, open the Paragraph dialog box and use the Line spacing dropdown menu.

Spacing Before and After Paragraphs
Paragraph spacing adds space before or after entire paragraphs. This creates cleaner documents without using extra blank lines.
