Writing Portfolio

Your portfolio is a record of process and progress, not a folder of finished work. What it shows is how your writing changed — which is the thing this course is actually about.

The cycle

  1. Write
  2. Get feedback
  3. Revise
  4. Reflect

You return to this cycle throughout the course. Each piece shows its journey: original draft → feedback → revised version → reflection.

AI can suggest. You decide.

AI is a writing coach, not a replacement for your judgment. You may use AI to identify grammar or punctuation problems, suggest clearer wording, check organization, improve professional tone, flag confusing passages, and explain why a passage needs revision. You remain responsible for accuracy, professionalism, confidentiality, and final content.

When AI is the source of feedback on a portfolio piece, say so in your reflection, and say what you accepted and what you rejected. That judgment is the part that belongs to you.
